Where the free plan stops

Twelve pieces, and then it starts being wrong

Twelve is enough to see whether the answers are any use to you. It is not enough for them to be right, and the error runs in one direction only: a short record reports that a colour fights everything, because the pieces it would have sat with were never entered.

The paid plans lift the ceiling entirely and add the in-shop quick check — the record is cached on your device and the first pass is computed there, so you get an answer while you are still holding the thing rather than after you have left.

Below eight pieces the tool says so, on the result. On the free plan that warning is never covered by the watermark.

Credits

What an allowance is spent on

Credits reset each month. They do not carry over, they cannot be bought separately, they hold no monetary value and they cannot be transferred.

Terms, before you pay

What currency am I charged in?
Every price on this site is in US dollars (USD) and is shown all taxes included. The figure you see at checkout is the figure that leaves your account.
When am I charged?
On the day you subscribe, and then on the same day of each following month for a monthly plan, or the same date each year for a yearly plan. The date of your next charge is always shown on your plan page.
Does it renew by itself?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You are told this before you pay, again in the confirmation email, and again on your plan page.
How do I cancel?
From your plan page, in as few steps as it took to subscribe. No phone call, no letter, no retention conversation. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in defined cases: a valid withdrawal within fourteen days, an outage of more than forty-eight hours that is our fault, or a duplicate or post-cancellation charge. The full policy is in the sales terms.
Are there any promotions or trials?
No. There is no promotional pricing, no discount code and no paid trial, so there are no promotional conditions attached to anything on this page. The free plan is permanent, not a trial.

Cards accepted

Credit and debit cards on the Visa, Mastercard and American Express networks. Charges appear on your statement under the account name shown on your receipt.

Card security

We never collect, handle or store your card details. They go directly to a PCI DSS certified payment processor and do not pass through our servers. The whole site is served over HTTPS, and strong customer authentication is applied whenever your bank requires it.
